Piano Solo:

 

Ghaleb and the Donkey  a very short ballet for two boys.

It’s based on the true story of how an overexcited donkey stepped on the foot of a child during a ballet performance on the stage of the New York State Theater.  4 Mins.  Recorded on Trilaterus CD

2. Pieces for Basses, for five double basses

For five double basses in five movements. 30 mins.  Movement 1 for 1 bass, movement 2 for 2 basses, etc.  My first major composition, first composed in 1985, performed at the 1990 ISB convention, and newly revised.

the first two movements of which are published by Liben Music in the Walter Family Album

For eight trombones in two groups of four.  One group plays in a classical style, the other jazz.  At the end, they play together.  9 mins.
